  For the third time in a row they missed something in my order or made and error and have poor customer service when being asked to resolve the issue. I’m not sure if they can’t comprehend or can’t read the screen, but it’s an issue for certain.

  This one be the best one ngl. I never wait for mobile orders, the food is always fresh and hot. I never have an issue here

  Telma is a horrible manager. The drive through lady took my order wrong, I politely asked for it to be fixed, instead Telma the manager came out and said "you go around, no you go around " . No customer service or politeness. If a manager is like this, then think how the entire store it.

  I live in the neighborhood and often stop by for what should be a simple meal, it never is. Virtually the entire staff are incompetant and the food has something incorrect 90% of the time. Ive wanted to complain almost every visit for months but always get over it and give them the benefit of the doubt. Today i stopped in at lunch time and ordered thru the app. After a fairly long wait i get to the speaker to be told they have NO soda. This location seems to almost always be out of cups or some flavor of soda but today they had none at all. Frustrated, but already stuck in line i said that was fine and proceeded to the window. The girl at the window rudely told me she cant give me a receipt and doesnt know who i am because i should be in the curbside bay...she was incorrect and when i showed her my order she just said "oh" and closed the window. Whe she returned i asked if i would get a refund for the soda i already paid for which baffled her and needed several employees and a manager to figure out. The solution? Cancel my entire order and tell me "🤷‍♂️". I had been calm and kind even in the face of rudeness and incompetence and was herded away like a peasant. So far the charges for the entire order remain on my bank statment. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and drive a few exits down the highway to a location that can do their job. 0/5.
