  Food is good! However, it attracts way too many customers than it can handle efficiently. I don’t blame the staff, they are nice! Probably the owners need to add more staff

  I had such an amazing experience at Howdey Hot Chicken that I honestly felt like I needed to share it. The food was incredible—crispy, flavorful, and made with care—but what truly made the visit unforgettable was the service. Perla V was our cashier, and she was one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. From the moment we walked up, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my family. You could tell she truly cared, not just about doing her job, but about the people she was serving. What meant the most was how her kindness and positive attitude lifted our spirits during a difficult time. Sometimes it’s the smallest acts of kindness that make the biggest difference, and Perla did exactly that. She didn’t just serve us food—she gave us comfort, positivity, and a reminder that there are still genuinely good people in the world. Thank you, Perla, for being such an amazing person. And thank you, Howdey Hot Chicken, for having staff who truly care about their customers. I’ll never forget this experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I need to say this loud—Perla V at Howdey Hot Chicken is absolutely incredible. She wasn’t just “nice”—she was exceptional. Her energy, kindness, and genuine care stood out immediately. She was fast, helpful, and treated my family with real respect and warmth. People like Perla are rare. She completely changed our experience and made us feel valued, not just like another order. Honestly, she’s the kind of person that makes you want to come back again and again. Howdey Hot Chicken is lucky to have her. Perla V is the definition of amazing customer service.

  I always enjoy the food, this is one of my favorite places. Unfortunately the service here is usually atrocious. Today i walked in and the girl in the back looked at me sour faced, didnt say a word and just walked to where I couldn't see her. Luckily my food was on the counter so I grabbed it and left. She poked her head around the corner as I was leaving..still with nothing to say though. If the service was better we would come more often.

  Eloy helped us and he was absolutely amazing. Went with my go to Mac and Chick and was bursting with flavors as always. Don't skip the cole slaw, balances the whole meal out. While eating we were blessed to try out their upcoming chicken wings and rated those 9.5 out of 10. Get ready folks!!! Check this place out.
