I knew they closed around that time, but it completely slipped my mind. They called me just THREE minutes before closing and told me they would wait for me until 10:00 PM 🥹 My usual store is in Aliana where I live, so it took me a while to drive to this location but when I got there, they were still outside waiting for me. The kindest young man, along with the manager, stayed behind just to make sure I got my order. I was apologizing over and over and thanking them, and he smiled and said, “That’s what we’re here for.” 😭💛 He was so full of joy, and it truly felt like helping me was his pleasure. I am forever grateful. This level of kindness and customer service means more than you know. Thank you for going above and beyond!!!

She was at one of the self-checkout machines, and when I asked her for help, she told me to do it myself. She didn't offer any assistance when I didn't understand something, and only interacted with the person next to her. She was very unfriendly and had a terrible attitude!
