Why would i want donuts from last night . the store manager jerry just disregarded my complaint and said they're not cold theyre room temperature??? Ill just drive to a different location. I know other locations that produce this same item warm. Theres no reason that a fried item that maybe takes 5 mins to make , should be made 4 hours in advance .

Today my husband went to get a few things, among them a bag of almonds kisses that is pretty obvious had been left outside probably in the heat and melted and someone decided to put them back in the shelf, I can show on pictures how the chocolates all show signs of have melted. On my past few online orders I got fruits and vegetables past their prime, and in reality when I go to the store and see those carts on the end of the registers with products that apparently a crew member picked up just sitting there outside of refrigeration for the perishable like milkshakes, meats, chicken, it really makes me nervous. Here I have a bag of chocolates that can't be eaten because can give us food poisoning. Upper management needs to put attention to this issue, because a few sick people can bring HEB down.
