- RPRima PatelNov 14, 20251.0This was our second time giving this location a chance and it’s the worst one I’ve been to in all of Houston. The food also made me sick and the young kids making the food don’t seem to take quality seriously. The tomatoes and spinach in my sandwich were spoiled and the food wasn’t even ready by the allotted online order time. I also paid extra to add cheese to my sandwich and it was missing but I didn’t notice till I got home with my to go order. I doubt we will be back considering nothing has changed from our visit months ago.

The lady at the drive-through says she’s not the one that toasts the bagel, so non-apologetic and just goes back and hands me another bagel, kinda throwing it at me. No apologies whatsoever.

Terrible service, took forever in the drive thru waiting for a simple sandwich. They don’t even apologize for the long wait. The bag has cream cheese finger prints on the outside and the wrapper for the sandwich has food on the outside and greasy finger prints. Good thing i only spent $10, there’s no way in hell I'm eating this.

Orders are always wrong. Customer service and just a bit of intelligence is really missing from this location.

Other times I've had to wait because my order had "just" come through. Today I called before heading out to make sure my order was ready and sure enough they hadn't seen it and were about to start making it. The inconsistency makes me wary of ordering more frequently. I wish this location was managed better.
