Refund requested. Do not waste your time here, it keeps getting worse and worse. The manager was kind and offered to make us another, however the inconvenience of being late to work isn’t worth it. Only writing this because this is now the new standard as it’s the second time. I assumed last time it was a weekend which caused them to be busy.
