As a regular daily customer the last two times I went I have been completely cut off in line , staff getting mad at customers and making cars that have been in line for 20 mins wait for a new car that just pulled up on the other side! I’ve had a cup of coffee full of coffee grounds here before and ,Today I went by and they took my order after waiting in line 20 min before work before a car that just pulled up on the other side , then told me even tho there was no room for the other car to merge that the new car had to be in front of me when I was in line and ordered first! MIND YOU I’m the second car from the window so no room for this new car to merge!!! I immediately asked for a refund (which still has not appeared in my account ! Skipping cars that are next to the window and been waiting in line for 20 mins for a new car that purposely went around to skip them is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Every single time I’ve placed an online order here I’ve had to wait. Walk up or drive thru, it doesn’t matter. I’m typing this review from the drive thru line. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup 15 mins ago. Yeah def not coming back to this location. I also find their espresso to be weak and have to add a shot. Not worth it to me.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
