- SOShannon O'Malley-Miller2 days ago2.0I have tried to love this location because I love Dunkin. Unfortunately most times I go the donuts are stale and shoved in a bag. Today we didn’t even get the correct donuts that we ordered. The one day they did put them in a box they were obviously several days old. The staff is usually lovely but the quality needs to be improved. Anyone can open a franchise but you have to pay attention to it also, sadly I don’t see that at this location. The hashbrowns which I believe are the best hashbrowns around are NEVER cooked all the way either. It’s disappointing and sad since there’s a Shipley’s right around the corner and their donuts are always fresh.
