An older dark-skinned woman who attended me was openly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Her behavior was unacceptable and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. No customer should be treated in such a manner. I do not understand how Chipotle allows employees with this kind of attitude to work directly with the public. This incident reflects poorly on your management and your brand as a whole. I expect corrective action to be taken and this matter to be treated seriously.

This last time I placed an online order, got to the window, and got my bag handed to me, All good. Pull out and get on the road and my son notices we have 2 bowls that should be burittos. Thinking the order was wrong I turn around and go back and head inside. Im told they are out of tortilias and then a blank stare from one of the guys working there. I explain to him thats okay but a heads up at the window would be nice so we can either decline the order at at least not turn around when we notice its wrong. He looks at me and says "sorry man we are out of burittos"........He then proceeds to get snippy with me when i try to explain to him again. Finaly a young lady came up and have a nice chat with me and we went on our way.

He just went right into, "We ain't got no chicken." I said, "OK I'm actually ordering barbacoa." I also found out that there were, "No more chips." as well. Then nobody told me that the ice machine was empty while getting a drink. This place was absolutely disgusting. Food on the tables. Food on the counters. Food on the floors. Food falling out of the trash cans with all hands on deck behind the counter rather than having someone clean up. I will not be going back. Chipotle has lost there way.

If you ask for double meat they only give you what you would’ve gotten you didn’t order double but they still charge you for it no matter what you say. There are other locations that really do a good job and I’ve eaten at several. My next step is taking this review to social media because the owner at this location isn’t doing anything to improve their 3STAR RATING!!!!
