They charged for guacamole and when I asked if it was the same price, they lied and told me it was the same. I went and confirmed on the app that guacamole and white queso are not the same price. They just wanted to argue and it wasn’t worth my time. Unfortunately that’s the last time I’ll be going. The food was good and convenient, but I don’t deal in dishonesty.

When my bowl was being made, the chicken portion wasn’t even close to a full scoop it barely covered the spoon. As a former Chipotle manager, I know exactly what standard portioning looks like, and this was not it. When I politely asked for the scoop to reflect the correct portion, one of the employees began talking under her breath and responding with attitude instead of simply fixing the mistake. That behavior is unprofessional and completely unacceptable in a customer facing role. If the issue is training, it needs to be addressed. If it’s attitude, that needs to be addressed even more. Customers should not feel like they’re inconveniencing staff by asking for standard portions. Extremely disappointing
