  From the moment I walked in, I felt the amazing hospitality! The young gentleman preparing my bowl was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The young lady at the counter truly sealed the experience with her incredible energy and warm personality. She is the heartbeat of that restaurant , top-notch talent with a genuinely positive attitude. She represents exactly the kind of team member you want leading the guest experience. Exceptional service all around! I was there Monday around 12:20pm.

  Such a beautiful and relaxing location! The atmosphere is absolutely lovely, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy your time. The food was incredibly delicious — every bite was full of flavor and freshly prepared. If you’re a foodie, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great food and a wonderful ambiance! 😋✨

  This is mine and my husband’s favorite Cava out of all the Cavas in the Houston area. The service is impeccable and the staff is friendly. They will correct any order and truly are hospitable. For date night, my husband and I tried another cava in Sugarland, and it just wasn’t the same. The staff and quality of care and food are unmatched! We love them!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to an incredible team. Hugo, Glory, TJ, and Jenny were all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They were patient while I decided on my bowl, made great suggestions, and kept the line moving without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell they really care about customer service and creating a good vibe in the store. The food was fresh, perfectly made, and the whole experience just felt easy and enjoyable because of them. Shoutout to Hugo, Glory, TJ, and Jenny for going above and beyond they truly made my visit a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This location made my order incorrectly, when I called the gentleman I spoke with said he would have it remade for me. I came back a few days later because I told him I wasn’t able to come that day and when I came back the manager wearing the glasses completely discredited me and told me that the phones don’t even work that the lights go out twice a week not sure what that had to do with anything, the lights? She then said I could go online and request a refund I told her the last time I did that because they have messed up my order before it only refunded me $3.25 and she was like oh no no just go online? So I paid for my meal that I was told would be remade… also I told the manager I ordering catering from Cava often and again attempted to discredit me by saying yeah but we only just started catering at this location, which I’m very aware of and still have picked up two catering orders from this location specifically… never coming back awfull management. I was promised something by one employee and then belittled by the manager on duty.
