  Laurie or Lori (not sure of the correct spelling) made my experience at Cava a 10/10!! She is so welcoming and provides the best hospitality! I’ve been to different locations and neither will top the experience i had here!

  Out of every location I visit this location is the best, the energy of servers is amazing 🤩 I have been to other locations but this place will remain incomparable ❤️❤️❤️ god bless!

  I have been visiting Cava several times a week as it has become my main place for a healthy lunch. What stands out the most is an exceptional team member Glory who has continuously put the customers first by engaging in dialogue and providing hospitality that is above and beyond. Glory continuous to lead the charge at Cava- who in my opinion has gotten lucky with on boarding a team member who demonstrates the best in customer experience. If you drop by ask for Glory!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Chipotle next door first and had a really disappointing experience. The place wasn’t very clean, they were super stingy with the protein, and loaded my bowl with rice, which is frustrating when you’re trying to eat healthy. A friend recommended CAVA next door, so I decided to give it a try. I told them about my experience and they were incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering my first meal for free so I could try them out. I was served by Glory, Agatha, and Frances, and they were all genuinely excited to showcase the CAVA experience for me. Their energy, kindness, and pride in what they do really stood out and made the visit even better. The food was AMAZING. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. The portions were great, and the prices are very reasonable for how good the food is. This was my first time at CAVA, and it definitely won’t be my last. Outstanding customer service, fresh food, and an all-around fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

  I visited this restaurant for lunch today and was disappointed by the behavior of one of the staff member. She was extremely rushed, pressuring me and my colleague to make decisions at each food station very quickly. This made the experience stressful and unpleasant. When we politely pointed out that her attitude was affecting customers, she apologized but did not truly acknowledge the impact of her behavior. There were no other costumers in line, so her haste seemed unnecessary. We also overhead another customer that ordered food a few minutes after, complaining about her treatment. The manager of this location should review this incident with their staff and ensure that employees treat costumers with patient and respect.
