  My favorite Cava location!! I love to stop in midday on my way home from work, and I always receive a very warm welcome. You will not feel unseen here! My order is always just like I like it - fast, fresh, nutritious and delicious. :) Oh, and I love me some Glory. She values her visitors and her work. Two thumbs up!

Every time I come in, she makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear she cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.   I’m a big fan of CAVA, but the Aliana location in Richmond is really disappointing. The portion sizes here are just much smaller than at other CAVA locations. Even though they say they’re adding the same scoops, it feels like half the amount I get elsewhere. I hope they fix this because it’s not the experience I expect from CAVA.

  I stopped by CAVA today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Glory was behind the counter, and honestly, she made the whole visit great. She was super friendly and patient while I was figuring out what I wanted, and she actually seemed to care that my order turned out right. You can tell when someone’s just doing their job and when someone genuinely likes helping people—Glory’s definitely the second type. She made a few suggestions (which turned out perfect, by the way), and somehow made my lunch feel like more than just another grab-and-go meal. The food was fresh and delicious, but the service really stood out. She made the place feel warm and welcoming, even with a busy line. If every CAVA had a Glory, I’d probably eat there way too often

  I was attended by two women the first began to ask the normal thing they ask you when I was already going to put the dressings she called her Manager to finish helping me just because I asked for more than I was putting on my plate, I told her it doesn't matter if it costs me more money very rude she didn't give it to me and in a very bad way I was attended so I would never eat in that place again I really went to take my son who came to visit me from his school but he got a bad impression that they attended us like this shame on them
