  Love the sauce on the mango habanero wings. The kick is amazing. The perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The to go order was packed perfectly. I loved the extra touch of including wet wipes, and was happy with how the ranch was packed. The seasoning on the fries was perfect. I was in and out in 15 seconds max for my to go order. We need more great restaurants and food spots like Buffalo Wild Wings Go in the Harvest Green and Aliana area. Outstanding.

  Very happy to have a GO location near my home as the restaurants are always slow. Staff here did an awesome job. Friendly and they seem to actually care about making sure everything is perfect. Wings came out exactly how I asked for them to be and checked to make sure I had everything and to have a safe and happy new years. Great job guys and gals.

  I'll be honest, it's absolutely refreshing to have a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby as the Richmond restaurant is absolutely terrible. When I saw through Instagram that this new Go location had open- I decided to give it a try. I love that it's a ToGo spot rather a sit down and I don't have to deal with obnoxious people. I can simply order my food and eat wherever in peace. The staff here were great. Greeted me appropriately, answered my questions, prepped my food and I was on my way after. No stress, no BS, no issues and actually the first 5 star review I've posted. The manager was friendly and she had even treated me as if she and the staff knew me. I appreciate the kind service and friendly banter. Wish more places were like this.

  Saw this location had just opened up and stopped in to get some wings for the game. Staff and the manager(Nicole?) were very prompt, friendly, and let me know of the rough wait time so there were no surprises. Order came out and they double checked everything to make sure all was correct. Overall, I love that this spot is here. It is a little cramp inside as it's a To Go location. Would be nice if they had a few patio tables outside at the least. But, all was well and I will be returning for sure.

  Ordered from this location because we saw an ad on Instagram . It was a bit confusing to find since they’re brand new (I believe they had a grand opening yesterday) , but they are next to Portillo’s (to the left in a mini plaza) so I would search that in the maps to find it for now . Either way , we were about 10-15 minutes late for our pick up time but the food was still hot and fresh . Wings , great! Their buffalo sauce doesn’t have that chemical after taste like Wingstop , potato wedges, still hot , crispy on the outside , soft on the inside . They got all of our sauces and sides of dry rub flavors correct . Service was great ! One of the staff educated me on how the “Go” locations and lockers work and he even held the door open for me when I was leaving . Good job guys ! 10/10 . I haven’t had BWW in years and I will say they are better than the Wingstop on 1464 . I’m gonna try the burger next time 😁 (This was the girl who called twice for directions 😅)
