When I told the girl who sat me I was never attended to she didn’t even apologize when I told her I was leaving. She just acted like she didn’t understand English. Terrible experience.

My meal & friend’s meal came out together, 3rd person in our party’s dinner didn’t come out until 10 minutes later. I asked for mgr. & she used the excuse take out was busy. I told her that’s no excuse. There’s only 4 other tables of customers & if 2 of the meals can come out at same time so can a third. She walked off. On 2 different occasions I had to go to waiter’s station to get water refills for 2 of us. No waitress in sight. Cheesesteak very dry It tasted like it had Velveets on it.
