  30+ minute wait in drive through with only 3 other cars, and my order was wrong. Instead of wasting money on an AI drive through they should pay to keep competent staff to run the business

  This place was amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The service, was even better. Juan greeted us when we came in, and even brought the food to our table, and then came back around to check on us. We both had the chicken strips which I highly recommend. The biscuit, was fluffy and delicious.

  Bojangles Chicken...doesn't get any better that this! Although they do not serve bone-in chicken like in the East Coast, Juan the manager went above and beyond to convince me that their tenders are just as good as their original bone-in. He gave me a recommendation and promised I would be disappointed and he was right. The food was delicious (its Bojangles!), but the real hero of the night was Juan. He was engaged, followed up multiple times to ensure we were happy with our experience and because of him, we will be coming back again. Bojangles not only hit it out of the park with their chicken, they got a super star of a hire with Juan. 👍 👍 👍

  Loved the food it’s like Popeyes but better. Fries w the xtra seasoning so Good. Chicken was flavorful & crispy. Quick service & games to play for kids. Mac n cheese tho very plain like a Kraft Mac box. The only thing was off putting was all the gnats by the fountain drinks, area needs to be cleaned.

  I’ve only been here 4 or 5 times, but I’m done!! Found three hairs in my biscuit after I had eaten half of it already AND every single time I go there, they charge me for the sauces I order but never give them to me. I had to ask for the sauces each and every time I went there so thank God I checked the bag before leaving! Plus they have AI at the intercom and it couldn’t understand what I wanted to order and I kept asking to speak with someone live and no one ever came. The multiple hairs in the biscuit is the last straw for me. It’s a shame because they actually have good chicken tenders, fresh biscuits, and great honey mustard sauce but the service and hairs in my food is enough for me to cut them off permanently. Good luck if you eat from here!!
