  Horribly run. I came and ordered my food. Waited for 30 minutes and then went to check on it. Didn’t seem like anyone knew what was going on then they came back and said they were starting my order. When I asked why it hadn’t been started they told me that there were 20 orders ahead of mine which was not true because many people who ordered after me had already gotten their food, eaten and left. When I explained that they changed their story to say that they were out of the bagel that I wanted and that they were starting our order at that time. Another 15 minutes go by and they still had not started our order so we asked for a refund and left.

  Every morning I pick 2-4 sandwiches from them and every time I go from the drive thru they give me garden avocado with the egg even though I mentioned thousand times that I want garden avocado without eggs. When I confront them instead of remaking it they just took out the egg. Thats very unfortunate that they treat their regular customers like this. Despite their behavior I went to them multiple times hoping they will change but it’s the 7th time that they did this to me. Hope this makes them realize that what they are doing is wrong and disappointing.

  I'm very irritated because I didn't get the order that I wanted. I ordered a Veg Out, WITHOUT shmear and extra avocado. Instead I RECEIVED shmear and no extra avocado which is the exact OPPOSITE of what I wanted. I tried calling three seperate time to express my disapproval to Einstein Bros; however, they did not respond at all. It seems that they receive orders and don't care about customer satisfaction. It's either that, or they're rushing their orders and not reading through the customer's customizations. I'm very upset because the Einstein Bros located in the Midwest is not like this at all. They have great customer service, but this specific location in TX isn't doing it for me. I thought the previous reviews here were exaggerating; but after my own experience.. I agree with other customers. Also, it seems they read reviews and DONT SEEK to improve. This is extremely problematic, as you're supposed to see where your deficiencies are and seek to do better. I don't feel they do.

  Really disappointed with my experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels today. I ordered a Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich (asked them for no tomato) and there was literally no avocado at all. The sandwich was poorly assembled, missing the main ingredient it’s named after and looked nothing like what’s advertised. For something called an AVOCADO SANDWICH, this is unacceptable. It felt rushed, sloppy, and not worth the money. I will not be going here again.

  Visited the morning of 4/16/26 with three employees working. The bagels themselves were great—definitely the highlight and easily worth 3 stars on quality alone. Unfortunately, the service and communication between staff need improvement. During our visit, one worker mistakenly gave the wrong bagel to a drive-thru customer. Mistakes happen, but the reaction from another employee was unprofessional—he was visibly upset in front of customers, which made the situation uncomfortable. It also seemed like there was a lack of organization in workflow. Clear roles for who is handling the register, preparing food/drinks, and managing drive-thru orders would make a big difference in efficiency and overall customer experience. This place has strong potential because the food is good, but better teamwork and communication could easily turn it into a 5-star experience.
