  Amazing coffee, they are very busy though so yesterday it was a 10min wait maybe not when you are in a rush, but I still buy my coffee from them. I’m lactose intolerant and I ordered Protein Vanilla Latte, and does not mess up my stomach at all. Also there was a lady who provided such a great customer service, wish I had taken her name for this review.

  I always have such a great experience here. Fatima is genuinely one of the sweetest people, and every time I see her she has the brightest smile and such a positive attitude. She is always so sweet while taking my order and is also super fast and efficient. What really stands out is how she remembers all the details of my drinks every single time, which makes the experience feel so personal, and she always suggests new drinks that I end up loving. She actually put me on oat milk and it’s so good—I always get my drinks with oat milk now because of her. The rest of the staff is amazing too, and Campbell is always so attentive and friendly, never forgetting to say hi and ask how my day is going. It’s little things like that that make this location feel so welcoming, and it is definitely one of my ❤️ favorite places to stop.

  I don’t drink the mixed drinks here. I stick to coffee or a hot mocha, because I like to live a calm, reasonable life. The rest of my family, however, treats this place like it’s a legally sanctioned substance that keeps them functioning. I’m pretty sure they’d all panic if it closed for a day. The staff at this location are consistently, alarmingly happy. Like suspiciously so. Which brings me to why I’m actually writing this review. Let’s start with Gaby. She has the kind of relentless, cartoon-level positivity that makes you wonder if she was raised by Disney animators. If I had that kind of energy, I wouldn’t need caffeine, sleep, or possibly joy from any external source. Whatever she’s running on, Dutch needs to bottle it and sell it nationwide. Cam (I think that’s right) is always happy to see me, or more accurately, happy to see me arrive as the family’s full-time delivery representative. Everything is always organized, moving smoothly, and under control when they’re around, which gives off strong “this person knows what they’re doing” energy. Manager vibes, but the good kind. Liz somehow remembers my drink, which isn’t impressive until you understand I’m the only normal one. My order is simple, predictable, and emotionally stable. The rest of my family’s drinks look like a unicorn got into a fight with a Skittles factory and lost. The fact that she can track the endless list of flavors, swaps, additions, and whatever new chaos they invent deserves some sort of medal. J.R. is great to talk with and somehow understands sports and my family’s absolutely unhinged drink requests with equal confidence. I just read off the list they send me, knowing full well it sounds like nonsense, and somehow he decodes it like it’s a second language. I don’t ask questions anymore. Then there’s Zoe, who once told us about a pie she loved so much she still thought about it after she couldn’t find it again. The way she described it sold us, so we tracked one down and brought her one, and the look on her face was pure Christmas‑morning happiness. She’s another gem at this location. Bubbly, upbeat, always happy to see you, and somehow remembers us, the pie, and our chaotic drink orders. I don’t know what’s different about this particular location, but the staff here actually functions as a team. That’s not always a given with chain places, and it definitely shows. Credit to the management for pulling that off, because whatever they’re doing here is working.

  Service was good as the lady who took my order was so nice, but can’t say the same with the coffee. I got the large golden eagle, oh my it was like drinking water. No coffee taste whatsoever and I’m sorry it was so bad I feel like I was going to barf with the after taste. The coffee crumb cake was overly sweet.
