I ordered 4 pizzas, and every single one of them was undercooked—the dough was clearly raw, not just “Parmesan” like the employee kept insisting. When I brought it up, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the employee actually took a bite of the pizza and said, “It looks and tastes fine to me.” That was not only inappropriate but extremely unprofessional. On top of that, he responded rudely and dismissed my concern entirely. Serving undercooked food is bad enough, but the attitude and behavior made it far worse. No accountability, no customer service, just a pathetic experience overall. Definitely won’t be coming back

When I asked what was going on, the employee straight up said they prioritize delivery orders over customers who come in to pick up. That’s honestly unacceptable. If you offer carryout, it should be treated with the same importance—not pushed aside while customers stand there waiting. No communication, no apology, just poor service. If you’re planning to order from here, don’t expect your time to be respected unless you’re getting delivery. Really disappointing experience

I said for religious reasons I need to have it clean cut so please use clean cutter. Went to store 15 minutes later and manager Baily said I am not sure if it's clean cut. I can't guarantee it since my driver cut it. I said I don't want it then he said fine. Didn't care much. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ANY OTHER PLACE. Please don't work at customer service job if you don't care about the customers.
