What I considered above and beyond this morning was the young lady who brought out my breakfast and let me know there's been an accident earlier this morning. She even guided which way I should take to get out of the parking lot. That was very helpful and professional of her and the establishment.

I get and understand it’s busy around that time but folks are paying for this you’re not giving it out for free! I ordered the jalapeno ranch sandwich with a strawberry hibiscus sprite! And everything was horrible down to the sprite! They’re pre making this stuff and serving it to people which is wrong on so many levels! The breading fell completely off the chicken as soon as I removed the bun. I asked for American cheese and I received a sandwich with already melted pepper jack and they just put the American cheese on top! The sprite was so watery I couldn’t even drink it! 14 bucks down the drain!! That’s why those lines move so fast! The only thing was fresh was my fries

I got home and was getting ready to eat when i looked through my bag and saw a LONG black HAIR right in the middle of my fries and sandwich. i don’t even have time to go back and exchange this food so it’s very disappointing. i’m also confused how this could have happened because as a food service worker myself i know that employees are supposed to be wearing hats or hairnets in the back to prevent this…
