    They always make me pull into curbside parking for the smallest things. It doesn’t matter how big or small my order is. This morning I had a chicken biscuit and a parfait. They pulled me up for the parfait and didn’t acknowledge my mobile order until they were walking out to bring it to me.

    I stopped by the drive-thru today and my kids asked if there was a kids’ game or toy that comes with the meal. The Chick-fil-A employee at the window was incredibly kind and took the time to check in the back to see if they had one available. She found one and gave it to my kids, and it absolutely made their day. They were so excited and happy! Small gestures like that really make a difference. Great customer service and such a friendly attitude—thank you for going the extra mile and making our visit special!
