  Every time i go to this location.... Everytime....people in the drive thru have really bad attitudes and are rude as hell....always rude...I ask a questions they are rude...like they didn't want to be bothered the only reason why I go here is because it's the closes to my house ...otherwise I'd go somewhere else...never let you finish ordering because they are rushing you off ...twice already I ordered a number 3 and twice the meat was raw .... honestly I would not recommend anyone going to this place ...this place has nothing but rude kids there....if they don't want to work...they don't need to be in this industry......but this place needs to upgrade the employees because the ones you have are really rude and they like to argue with customers.... like the girl at window when I asked to make sure they added extra fries for one of meals....and her response was .....well if you asked for extra fries then their in it....very rudely....I wanted to cuss her out but I held my composure.....y'all need to do better....

  Didn't get hot sauce with my breakfast burritos. Had to throw them out because I don't like them without it. Specified in order hot sauce.

  Placed an order online for in store pick up. Drove to the location and stood at the counter for several minutes before being acknowledged. At that point Emily asked me can I help you. I informed her that I had placed an order online with the McDonalds app. I was told that the order had not been made because I hadn’t paid. I gave the order number and was told rudely that I had not paid so my order had not been made.. I walked to my car retrieved my phone and showed Emily where I had been charged on my Wells Fargo app, showed her the email confirmation and order number. At this point she looked at the customer behind me and asked if she could help. Atrocious service I will never order anything from any McDonald’s again.I was charged 9.61 for a quarter pounder with cheese add lettuce and a regular fry. I received nothing.

  I have to wait a long time here it's not every time but most the manager seems incompetent but it's a mcdonalds
