  I LOVE whataburger, so the food was good (even tho i said light mayo/must./no avocado sauce They slathered it on (including the sauce I didn't want) so the burger was kind of a mess.... and got charged a full drink cost when my meal was suppose to come with a drink/ I ASKED if I could replace it and they said yeah... and didnt say the oj wasn't an option .. so yeah. Make sure you talk to them like they don't know their menu because the cooks dont listen (it was on the ticket)

  Took the kids here after school as a treat. Something that is supposed to be a “luxury” turned into a disgusting experience. Hair that looks like pubes were weaved into the burger bun. I am beyond disgusted that my kid had to witness that and touched it questioning why is there hair in her food. First and last time coming to this establishment. They took the situation so lightly. It’s disgusting.

  Subject Formal Complaint – Missing Order and Failure to Provide Receipt or Resolution To Whom It May Concern, I am formally report an issue regarding a recent order at one of your locations. On Monday, March 30, 2026, , I purchased multiple meals from your restaurant for dinner. Upon arriving home, I discovered that one meal was missing from my order. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with a manager, who instructed me to return the following day to resolve the issue. As directed, I returned on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, expecting a proper resolution. However, not only was the situation not handled appropriately, but I was also not provided with any receipt or documentation for my original purchase or the attempted resolution—neither on the day of purchase nor during my return visit. This lack of accountability and failure to correct the mistake is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect: A full refund or replacement for the missing meal A receipt or written confirmation of the transaction and resolution I made a reasonable effort to resolve this directly with the store, but due to their failure to act, I am escalating this matter to corporate. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to consider further action, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this matter.
