- AWAir Tree Water4 days ago5.0The weather in Texas suddenly turned quite hot today. On top of that, I had already finished the water in my bottle, so I found this drink shop nearby. They offer a full range of coffee and other beverages, and the space is designed just right, comfortable and inviting. I chose a mango green tea with lemon. It tasted light and refreshing, not too sweet, and nicely chilled. It turned out to be a perfect spot during my afternoon schedule to rest my legs, stretch a bit, and take a proper break.

The woman inside was closing shop. I have worked food service and know the feeling of the door opening at closing time but the woman met me with a smile despite closing. I hesitantly told her I was just stopping to look. She was so sweet and friendly and let me have a look and assured me that I was not an imposition that she was just cleaning and to feel free to take my time. I appreciate that type of service, so I stopped in for breakfast today and I am glad I did. Everything was on point, service was good and it came out quick. If I lived closer, I could see me being a regular here. It's been a very long week but she made it little better in that moment. So, thanks to the nice lady who smiled at me and made me feel welcome. This world is harsh sometimes and some days a warm attitude from a sweet barista is all you need to get you through the day.
