    Don’t come here. They charge your bank account and give you no food. Management was absolutely worthless when approached with the problem. No English was able to be spoken. If you have a manager that cannot speak English, please properly train them on how to handle customer issues

    Very disappointing service at this Subway on 03/07/2026 around 5:15 PM. The store was empty, yet the employee still rushed the billing, ignored my instructions, and failed to add what I asked for. On top of that, her tone was rude, her behavior was disrespectful, and the awkward looks made the experience even worse. There is no excuse for treating a customer this way when the store is not even busy. If staff cannot listen properly and speak respectfully, they should not be serving customers. Completely unacceptable experience.

    Be ready....you will be the next restaurant to close. The "young staff members" you're hiring doesn't understand the importance of customer service or producing a quality product.

    Every time I come to this location my food is NEVER ready regardless of what pick up time I set, there is always just 1 person working behind the counter and they always service the people who have been there rather than the mobile pick up orders. This is my last and final time ordering from this specific location, y'all need to get it together.
