- OOOmarApr 18, 20261.0On April 16, I went to the Subway located on Arapaho Rd to collect my mobile order that I had placed. When I arrived, the Subway employee, Carlos, said that someone else might have mistakenly taken it. I asked him if he could make my order again, to which he refused and told me to call the Subway support line for a refund. I wasted all that time just for him to deny me my order, a horrible customer service experience. Someone in corporate needs to inspect those stores to see if employees are practicing proper service.

Picked this location cause the reviews were sightly higher than the other location around me. 1st of all the cashier was rude to me at first. I was ordering 4 sandwiches & had make call verification there sandwich. Like if I needed to get them toasted or not. I can’t help it that she was only one working but no reason to rush me especially when there wasn’t anyone else in line behind me. When the customers should alway come first no matter how short handed you are. Other than the attitude, the food was very delicious my opinion. But next time I may decide to try out an another location to compare customers service.
