  Can't oder Togo 45 minutes before closing. I do hate going to places within an hour of closing after 20 years of service industry experience but never have I worked at a place that doesnt take orders before closing. So I rushed up to the store and they locked the doors 30 minutes early. I tried openening the door and 2 heads popped up and dissappeared. What can you do, I'm sure the food is great but i wont be finding out. Bring back the service industry of the 90s.

  Terrible service. Rude employees. Never even received our food. Claimed we never paid but showed them the proof of transaction on our phone. They also never said anything to us about "not paying" while we stood and waited for our food for over 20 minutes. After proving we did pay, begrudgingly agreed to bring us our food .... Then the order arrived incorrect. The attitude of the employees was completely disrespectful and unreasonable. Needless to say, we left and will not be back.

  APRIL 8, 2026: I've been to this location several times. The food and customer service have always been great. I went with a friend tonight. Today was the last day of the BOGO FREE Burgers & Dogs. We met David who greeted us and took our order. Ryan was multi-tasking in the kitchen and the front area. Willie & Little John were cooking it up righteously in the kitchen. We ordered 2 Double Colorado Smash Burgers and 2 Brussels Sprouts. Everything was delicious! Everyone who works here is courteous, efficient, focused, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, professional, and well trained. This was another Smashing, Smash-tacular, and Smash-tastic dining experience! Good food + good people who work here + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google reviews!

  1st time at Smashburger and the food was really good. Inside was a relaxed and clean environment. The music was just a tad too loud it was hard to visit but the biggest problem I had was they brought out my son's food 1st and he was completely done eating before anyone else got their food unfortunately, we saw our food in the window for about 7 minutes while the runner was taking people's orders. I also saw this happen with other tables. Some got their food while the rest of the table waited long periods of time. Foods great but eating together may not happen.
