  We came here to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday; he just wanted a quesadilla. We chose Pappasito’s Cantina over Chipotle so we could sit down, talk, and make it a moment. We had a couple small hiccups with our order, nothing major. Then Brittany, the manager, came over to check on us. She asked if we were celebrating anything, and we told her it was our son’s birthday. What she did next is something we won’t forget. She came back with her staff, put a sombrero on him, and sang Happy Birthday. Then she took it even further, she brought out the biggest dessert plate I’ve ever seen with everything on it. We don’t eat a lot of sugar, so this was a huge treat. My son’s eyes lit up immediately. He was in complete awe. It wasn’t just the dessert, it was the intention. She recognized the moment and went all in to make him feel special. As a dad, that hit me. I work hard to create moments for my son, and in that moment, she outdid me. I almost cried watching how happy he was. On the way home, he said he felt extra special. That’s something I’ll never forget. Brittany, thank you. You created a memory for our family that I pray will last a lifetime.

  Love the food here, it’s consistently delicious and keeps me coming back! However, I’ve had some trouble with the curbside pickup process lately. Despite checking in and texting my spot number, I usually end up waiting in the car for about 10 minutes before heading inside to check on things, where it often takes a bit more time to get everything packed up. I truly love the flavors they have, but the takeout process needs fixing. It makes me want to come less or only eat inside.

  From start to finish incredible experience. In town from Houston and decided we wanted Mexican. Kim waited on us and she was phenomenal. Coleman the manager came and greeted us at our table and wanted to ensure our dining experience was pleasant. All around a great time. Thank you. Pappasito a favorite of ours.

  I’ve been to this location so many times and each moment has been a great experience. Tonight was a bit different because I accidentally over did it with the drinks. I ordered a drink option not knowing it came with 3 different margaritas and boy they were tasty yet so powerful. Towards the end of my meal I started to feel all those drinks and needed sometime before I could leave. My server and the mangers were very attentive and offered to call me an uber or insisted that I hang around until I felt better. I hung around for a while and eventually went to my car in the parking lot to sleep it off. I felt a lot better after the nap and made my way home safely. I appreciate you all so much ♥️♥️♥️

  We had such a great experience at Papacito’s in Richardson. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt easy and welcoming. We had a larger group, and they got us seated right away without any hassle, which already set the tone for the night. Our server, Jannah, was incredible. She was attentive from the start and really stayed on top of everything throughout the entire meal. Chips and salsa came out immediately, and you could tell right away they were fresh. The chips were perfectly cooked, and the salsa was warm, fresh, and full of flavor. That’s one of those small details that makes a big impression, and they nailed it. We ordered pretty quickly, and I was honestly surprised at how fast the food came out, especially for a bigger table. Everything hit the table hot and fresh. I ordered the ribs, and they were outstanding. Super tender but still had a little bite to them, with a perfect char on the outside. The caramelized onions underneath were a really nice touch and added a lot of flavor. The rest of the table had the fajita special with added shrimp and sausage, and it was just as impressive. Everything was cooked perfectly, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The tortillas were warm and fresh, and Janah kept them coming along with drinks, chips, and salsa without us ever having to ask. Brittany, the manager, came by to check on us, and she was just as great. Very kind, very genuine, and you could tell she really cares about the experience they’re providing. All around, this place just does it right. Great service, great food, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. We’ll absolutely be back and would recommend it to anyone.
