  Awesome experience. From the doorway to the dessert. The hostess did a great job welcoming us(unlike the other location) our waiter, Bowen did an awesome job reading the room and catering to everyone’s taste. Real seafood without the fishy taste, and again great service. Thank you to the staff and especially our awesome waiter Bowen. We will be coming back.

  I love Pappadeaux! I've visited then several times over many years, and they are so consistently delicious. The portions are generous, too. My only complaint is that the wine by the glass is very pricey. $20 a glass for Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay that retails at $8-$12 a bottle? Still a great experience!

  I ordered the Seafood Gumbo Bowl with 3 xtra Oysters and the Calarmi and Octopus plus bread. The Total was $65 i ordered through Curbside pickup Friday at 4:15 pm. I didn't recheck the order I figured They gave me a Small Cup of Gumbo, No Bread and Charged me $65. I live 125 miles from Papadeaux's so I called back and they switched me from one person to another! I won't be Back! They lost my business of 30 yrs!

  The food was delicious and the service was great for the most part. The pictures speak for themselves, we enjoyed everything. My only issue with today’s service was that we were offered bread and butter but didn’t receive it and we weren’t offered our meals to be packed away for us. The plate for my meal was massive and the table for 4 is small. It was an inconvenience and awkward to pack it away myself but I got it done. We also were asked if we were celebrating something and I said yes, it was my birthday. Not sure why they ask however if the message is not relayed to our server, unless he was aware and just ignored it. Traivion was friendly but missed the mark in these few areas. We spent $272 total with $45 being a tip. I expected a bit more at 2pm on Sunday with a birthday reservation.

  My server, Ashley, was amazing in every way. The food was also really good. The manager gave us ONE free dessert for the mistake the staff made. Somehow it got lost that I had told the hostess that it was my wife’s birthday. I saw the young lady write it down, but she made me feel like it was the least interesting thing she had heard, and after that no one ever did anything. I paid and told the manager I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. My wife is Taiwanese and I wanted her to see what it would be like to celebrate her birthday at a restaurant in America. But they just dropped the ball. Very sad.
