The food was absolutely disgusting I thought it could have been my taste buds being off or something but after I finished eating my stomach started to hurt, I ran to 7-11 next door to get pepto bismol. Didn’t help, went to the PCP and was told I have salmonella, and got put on medication…. This is the worst panera I have ever been too. That’s the food. Now the portion, I paid for a large chicken noodle soup and got a tiny to go cup, and a salad. I ordered two almond pastries, and when my husband went to go get the food, they told them that they were out, my husband then asked to see if there was anything that we can do like either get a refund or choose like a different pastry and they told them that unfortunately no that they can do a refund, but it will take one to two weeks to get our money back and they weren’t respectful or courteous towards our situation. I think whoever is in charge of this facility needs to get fired and the district manager needs to be contacted immediately because I consistently go to the Panera on Medical district in Dallas, which is technically supposed to be considered one of the worst places and that is 100 times better.

I am very disappointed in the food. I got the new salad sandwich and when I tell you it was full of just lettuce and a couple pieces of bacon and I paid extra for chicken and got 2 pieces. It was just dry. Then also ordered the Chicken Roma stack. Nothing was stacked about the sandwich it was dry and just hard. I will not take away from the team manager she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was the best part of trip oh and the chips

They discontinued the French Dip. The Philly is no replacement. It has something really sweet on it. Not sure if it's the onions or the peppers and I'm not experimenting to find out. I'll get my Philly at Texadelphia. Even with the drive, it's worth it.

I used to think Panera Bread was a place where you could always get a high-quality meal, even if it was a bit pricey. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that way anymore. After several disappointing visits, I’ve decided it’s not worth it. The quality has clearly gone downhill —from the low protein portions to the wilted, stae-looking salads that make it seem like no one really cares about the food being served. This is a photo of my Caesar salad. The chicken was chopped into tiny, unappetizing pieces that honestly felt like leftovers, and the lettuce was visibly wilted. For $13, I definitely expected better quality and freshness. At this price point, there are plenty of better options elsewhere.
