- JZJ Z1 day ago1.0While waiting in line to place an order at the counter, the employee assisting customers skipped over me and proceeded to help the customer behind me. When I tried to explain that I had been waiting first, the situation was handled in a way that made it appear as though I was cutting the line. This was both embarrassing and frustrating. The employee who assisted at the counter identified herself as Katherine. Unfortunately, she did not acknowledge the mistake or offer any apology for the confusion or inconvenience caused.

I order a medium frappe and asked if there was any way i could hey yhr chocolate and caramel drizzle and the lady who took my order just said yes like it was no big deal. (I tend to get push back at other locations). When i received my frappe my mouth dropped at the attention to details of thr drizzle. It made it look so yummy and my fries were FRESH! My receipt didnt have a name and only had KS#13 Side A. But i came at 12:43pm 3/18/2026. And YEA i will be doing the survey!
