  Placed a mobile order ahead of time at 1:03 pm for a Big Mac, small fries, and medium Dr pepper. My order was ready at 1:23 pm when the manager asked me if I was waiting for an order. She finally placed my meal in a bag. This service is unacceptable. I was very displeased with how many workers were working and they don't notice a customer that's been waiting for more than 5 minutes.

  I ordered a sausage biscuit, the cashier read back my order correctly at the speaker, and then, confirmed my order again at the window, which i then paid for. At the pickup window, there was no sausage biscuit in my food. It turns out the cashier did NOT ring it up even though he confirmed he had twice. I really wanted the sausage biscuit, so after picking up my food at the second window, i asked to pay for a biscuit so i could receive it. I was told NO! When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager told me NO rudely and refused to help me seek a resolution, stating that i had to drive back around the drive through (which was now 15 min- long car line) and place another order for it ! I was in a rush because I was running late to attend my summa cum laude recitation ceremony, so i ended up not getting the breakfast i wanted for a very important moment. McDonalds truly let me down. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. It is a common thing and happens far too often! The staff at this store are and were extremely rude and do not put the customer first at all. I love McDonalds, and i spend a ton of money at my McDonalds every month, usually. I will no longer be doing that due to the disrespectful and flagrantly uncaring attitude your employees display at this McDonalds. I always leave here feeling like I'm a second rate priority. I will share this experience with other and also discourage them from supporting the "customer-cash-cow" viewpoint that mcdonalds employees seem to exhibit.

As a customer based in the United States, I was surprised to find that no English-speaking representative was available during my calls. This has made it extremely difficult to address my concerns or receive the resolution I need. I kindly request that you provide a solution or arrange for an English-speaking representative to address my issue as soon as possible. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

  All automated ordering, so it seems slower. Food is brought to your table. Mostly clean a couple of tables needed wiping down.

  I pay for my food a big breakfast and an apple juice, I got the apple juice the lady tell me to wait for the food, I ask her if it’s was going to take long, she say no, they just heating the pancakes, I wait to long at the window, the food never arrived, so I have to leave because I was in a rush. I thought this was a fast food. I NEVER GOT MY FOOD.
