- LGli gangDec 20, 20251.0Very frustrating experience. I placed an order at this Wingstop twice, and neither order was delivered. Before placing both orders, I carefully checked my address and confirmed it was correct. What really upset me is that the delivery driver never called me at all — not once. No call, no message, no attempt to contact me. After communicating with the restaurant, the orders were eventually canceled, but this only happened after the delivery failures. Having the same issue happen twice shows a serious problem with their delivery process. This wasted my time and completely disrupted my plans. Very unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this location again and do not recommend it.

I called an order in and was hung up on the first time. My friend said thats a sign and don’t call back. I decided to call again….someone took my order for a boneless 20 piece. Now they said 10-15 minute, I gave them a little extra time for good measure to show some grace. I arrived and stated “boneless wings?” they said “for ——?” so I grabbed. Now my partner said check “how many I got and why they smelled like that?”……..I received 20 ….. BUT they were bone in wings which explained the smell. 🤦🏽♀️ An extra star only because the food was okay and I didn’t get any uncooked wings as stated in some of these reviews….although I did eat them timidly until I got comfortable after eating 5 with no problem. Come on yall get with the program. Pay attention
