Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The best Whataburger in the Richardson area. Judging based on breakfast but also regularly visited since the new one opened off of bush.

They all seem pretty happy in there but they forgot my chicken honey butter biscuit sandwich. I can't even go back in the area for another two hours.. what a waste.

Went there on 1/28/26 around 715pm ordered 2 #2s and 1 bubble meat burger and my drink cup had hair in it asked for cheese on 1 of the #2s and they gave me a slice of cheese over the counter which I payed for and then tried to keep my 76 cents..asked for the manager and he asked Why....no one came out...not good service will not return.......

1/27 at 9:30pm I went to the drive through and had to repeat my order 4 times because the ones working the drive through kept laughing screaming and playing. It got so bad I just waited for them to stop playing. Something told me to take my order somewhere else because I was worried it would be messed up and it was. We ordered 3 meals and all 3 were wrong. Even the burrito was rock hard. Im so irrated with wasting money because obviously the manager wasnt there.
