Very unprofessional, you pay all your money to gain points get to the store and can’t use your points. Then the Manager black woman was told that the point system wasn’t working. She just shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care. Didn’t even try to help. This is like the fourth time this is happened at the same store.

I screamed for Bacon like in the commercial as a dog and they knew that the Baconator was what I wanted. I was not disappointed but next time I'm getting fries and a drink too.
However, what caught my attention was the crazy advertisements for something called "Wednesday"!

Picked up orders through the drive through. Girl at the window had an attitude and had me wait at the speaker for over 5 minutes. Took a while but we had 2 orders of food. She hands me 2 small bags and I ask her if she's sure that's everything TWICE. She tells me everything is in the bag both times with tone. We had to go in to get our burgers for both meals cause they were forgotten. She had a lot of confidence for someone who forgot the main part of our meal.
