Not a very professional way to handle business. If tom thumb isnt going to be open for their posted hours they should change the posted hours. Alternatively you could train your employees. I guess the day shift is better than night shift can manage.

She BARKED at me "COOKIE. AISLE. OVER THERE!!!" and threw her hand out to point out the aisle, while her face looked pissed off at me for asking and seemingly ready to throw hands if I provoked her further. Then she stormed off dramatically. She needs to be fired, whoever she is, and I certainly won't be coming back here when there's another Tom's Thumbs just nearby on Arapaho. Not a nice experience when shopping with family.
