Today I go and I tell the cashier I entered the wrong number for my points but he assures me it was in there. After I check out and pay I realize I got none of my digital coupons or points and it cost me 15 bucks. I go to customer service and they tell me to bad. I am done with this store. Do yourself a favor and drive to HEB. ***update I did exactly as you requested and reached out via contact us and got no response. You have lost a customer at this point.
