Ordered pickup here, service was quick and food was ready nicely on time. The place does look fun and hip, definitely can see they put nice work on the ambience to make it appealing for younger folks and groups. The food itself was great! Dream philly sandwich was delicious! Large size and lots of meat, well cooked and with some extra flavoring, so it wasn't bland at all. Would definitely come back to maybe try one of their burgers instead

Just went to this place and had one of the worst fast-food experiences ever. We spent around $35 for just two sandwiches and two cans of soda, and honestly the quality did not match the price at all. The food was undercooked, chewy, and the overall taste was terrible.
When we asked for extra sauce, they wanted to charge us extra, even after we already paid that much for just two burgers. On top of that, there were no napkins or utensils available anywhere. We had to go ask the cashier for napkins, and the guy at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I politely told him they should keep napkins on the tables or at least somewhere accessible so customers don’t have to keep asking. He didn’t even respond. I literally had to ask him, “Did you hear me?” and he just said “yeah” and walked straight into the kitchen like he didn’t care at all.
Terrible food, terrible service, and zero customer care. Never going back.

The cashier was absolutely terrible and actually borderline aggressive with me and my friend. He said “ok aight I’ll go kill myself” when he saw us use the tablets to order and then slammed my friends food on the table and looked like he wanted to punch him when he just asked for a straw. He continued to complain about customers (literally empty btw except for one other table) and yeah this was a really jarring shocking experience. I’ll never come here again that was weird. Food was hella mid too. Yall need to get rid of that guy or sum idk

I recently went here for the first time. Both, food and customer service, were good.
What I didn't like is the additional charges (hence low rating) of 3% in the name of "Service Charge" and then another 3% in the name of "Credit Card Surcharge." This was a pickup order. Why "Service Charge" then? Again, these charges are in additional to the menu prices. What's next, an "Entry Charge," or a "Sit down Charge", how about talking to the "Cashier Charge"? What is going on and wrong with these businesses? This is really getting ridiculous and out of control! What is so frustrating and disappointing for me is that there were no signs or any verbal communications about these additional charges prior to or after payment! How is this even legal when you don't advertise these charges, don't tell customers about these charges, and then just charge without customer's permission and then just hand over the receipt as if nothing has happened! Unfortunately, not many customers check their receipt and some don't even ask for the receipt let aside checking for the correct transaction amount. These businesses taking full advantage of those type of customers and just cashing in.
How hard is it for the business to be honest, transparent and clearly advertise with a sign if there will be any type of additional charge on top of the menu price? If putting a signage is a problem then how about training cashier and have them tell the customer if they will be responsible for any additional charges. Had I knew about the additional credit card charges then I would have paid with cash! When I asked for the hot sauce, I was told all sauces will be extra charge. If they are pretty good for charging extra for a little sauce then why hiding the real total price?
In my opinion, there should NOT be any additional charges, beside the applicable taxes, and all "hidden" charges should be added in the menu price or just clearly advertised it. It is expensive for EVERYONE and not just for businesses. It is really not fair for these businesses to rip off customers with their hidden sneaky tactics like this! If they can't afford to take credit cards transaction then just don't take it.
I am thinking to file a complaint against this business with applicable enforcement office(s) regarding these unauthorized charges. Businesses like these do make extra money in short amount of time, but they don't realize how quickly others have failed and closed down.
