There’s no reason how a slightly busy day can throw off orders. They missed items from my order, and when I went to get it back, I got no extra protein. From this location I lost 1 hour out of my day from driving back. Don’t go here if it’s busy, cause it’s too understaffed with overwhelmed employees. Richardson location is a joke.

The first being that our burrito bowl was improperly sealed and ended up spilling in the bag, getting juices everywhere. The second being that my burrito had black beans, which I EXPLICITLY ordered without any beans at all. When I called the store, the man who answered was very rude and dismissive, stating that the store wouldn’t process a refund and that I would have to drive up there if I wanted a remake of my food. I understand that this kind of job can be frustrating and thankless, but you could at the very least PRETEND to care about your customers. Wasn’t thrilled at all with what we received and I am now out $42 on incorrect items. Please be more aware of customers’ orders and more aware of how you come across on the phone. I will NEVER come back here!!!
