  Goodness. The manager is a selfish piece of work. He managed his time so.poorly that he set up an interview for a man, then actually forgot about the man! I sat alone in the bar, choosing a sport for privacy while I ate and read the news. A man came in who was shown to have a seat on a bench across from me, in the corner of the bar. I was there just over an hour and the manager made him sit there the whole time!! The manager was rude to me as I didnt bargain for a man sitting across from me awkwardly with nothing to do for a whole.hour! What an abuse of the man's time! An abuse of my experience as ambiance is important enough for any restaurant to.pour huge salaries and expenses into. He didn't even offer him a soda, water, or anything while he waited. If this is what he does when he's in the public eye, what abuses happen when no one can see? Where does the manager begin ro respect others' time? It was a big damper to my meal. I don't appreciate the manager, "Ryan" being so selfish and aloof to others when its responsibility to be aware of diner experiences and manage his time in a professional and respectful manner relative to others.

  Good, but not great, Tex-Mex with a few added twists and fanfair in some dishes presentation. ALWAYS VERY NOISY - and packed. So many must disagree with us that it's not great. And the fact the place is always packed allows for premium pricing - especially for tex-mex. $35 for tacos al carbon?? Yikes? $28 for CHEESE enchiladas? Woe!

  Haven’t been in years - great as always! Can’t get enough of the paper thin chips and salsa - can eat that stuff with a spoon… between us we had queso, fajitas and enchiladas - it was all perfect and large portions so we brought plenty home… the Beautiful Sabrina waited on us and was super friendly and attentive… all the staff had a smile on their face actually… we’ll be back! 😉😁👍

  I had been craving papacitos all day so I decided to take my family there today. I am honestly shocked by how bad our experience at Papacito’s was today. From the moment we got there, they put us in a corner by the window, which we were freezingthe whole time. After waiting forever to place our order, we waited an extremely long time for our food, over 45 minutes, when we arrived there was hardly anyone there so for us to have to wait that long— this was excessive. We were sitting there so long with no updates that we were on the verge of walking out. At one point, we genuinely debated leaving because it didn’t seem like our food was ever coming. When the food finally arrived, it was shocking how poor the quality was. The portions were noticeably small, we ordered the same thing before and had a great amount of food in the past, we ordered fajas for two. It looked like they brought us fajitas for one! Even worse, the food was cold — not slightly cooled off, but clearly cold, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time before being brought to us. There was no steam, no warmth — nothing that suggested it had just been prepared. After finishing the food we were still so hungry because of the small portion we had received. The most concerning part was the fries my young daughter had ordered. They had a distinct soapy, chemical-like taste that was impossible to ignore. It honestly made me question whether the cooking oil was old or if there was some kind of cleaning residue involved. It was so unpleasant that we couldn’t eat them at all. That’s not just a quality issue — that’s concerning. Throughout the entire meal, no one came by to check on us. No one asked how the food was, no one refilled drinks, and no one seemed to notice (or care) that we were clearly unhappy. The lack of attentiveness made an already bad situation feel even worse. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely alarming. Between the extremely long wait, cold and undersized portions, fries that tasted like soap, and completely inattentive service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I truly hope management looks into what’s going on, because something is seriously wrong.

  Edwin was a spectacular waiter today, he never let the glasses or chips get empty which is a plus for us as we drive a hour one way to eat at here. He was very very polite and had a great table side manner. We will request his service next time we come to this location. Also like to say a big thanks to the manager of the day Venus she came by and checked on us 3 different times and also gave my wife a very great compliment on her hair color. Loved the president day vice today Thanks again very everything
