Having stated that, I get that we all have bad days but the staff as a whole seemed to be having some challenges. I get it. Customer service is tough. It is hard to be on. However, it really brought the atmosphere down. A fog hanging over the area. I felt like they would have preferred if I left. I will try again. Hopefully it was just a down day. There werent that many people in the restaurant so I dont think it was a volume thing.

The tomato, baked potato, or squash soup will not disappoint you. Goodness, the squash soup bought directly from the restaurant and the store bought are equally as good. I hope the squash soup is available forever.

They got my order messed up (wrong sandwich) and even though they're 7 minutes down the street, I didn't feel like driving to resolve this due to the bad traffic - I also don't HATE tuna but the price is different and I wanted bacon today lol. Called the store and Alicia took care of business for me and remedied the situation. Grateful!!!
