I used the drive thru at 4am and the service was prompt when I pulled up. The menu had a lot of options but I didn’t like that I could only choose from the breakfast menu. The food was hot and tasted good.

this worker was disgustingly rude , I asked for my fries remade because when the other employee was putting them in the bag he touched them & she asked what happened and we told her and she rudely rolled her eyes , she needs to be fired I will be taking this to cooperate

Worst McDonald's service I have ever experienced! Don't go here. I went to place an order online and when I got there the system glitched and I needed to go inside.(I did carryout) I went inside hoping to be helped and that's not what I got. I waited 20minutes to be helped and by this point there was a line forming and still no help. By the time I got helped the person didn't let me explain what happened and reluctantny filled my order. By this point it takes another 10minutes to fill my order and at this point what's the point of ordering ahead of time if it takes that long. Eventually I got my food but I will never come back. Next time acknowledge your customers and put someone at the front instead of walking by!! There was other people still waiting to be helped after I left!

Don't come here after a 16 hr shift and expect easy service, would have had to wait to make a new order as my mobile order was not valid because it contained a milkshake, apologies for working night shift but damn that really sets me back, now I gotta be up in 6 hours for another shift and no dinner, way to drop the ball McDonald's.

I was hoping the incorrect orders was a one-off thing because I've been to this place a lot in the past few years but it's been consistently wrong in a new way every time. Shame on me to have kept trying for so long.
