The first thing that hit us wasn’t the smell of delicious food — it was the overwhelming stench of bleach, so strong it could probably knock out a horse. It didn’t smell clean; it smelled like someone dumped an entire bottle on the floor five minutes before we walked in. Not exactly the most appetizing way to start a meal. We stood at the counter waiting for our order to be taken while the employee behind it stared at us like we were interrupting her day. When she finally came over, she had the most disgusted look on her face — like taking our order was somehow beneath her. No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude. At that point, we should’ve left, but unfortunately, we decided to give it a chance. When the food finally came out, it was ice cold. Not lukewarm — cold. We politely asked if it could be reheated, and the employee sighed so loudly you’d think we asked her to cook a five-course meal from scratch. She then proceeded to shove the food into a microwave or some kind of warmer, slamming the door shut with enough force to make everyone in the restaurant look up. When we got the food back, it was somehow worse than before. Dry, tasteless, and clearly thrown together without even a hint of care. It’s rare that food manages to be both cold and burnt at the same time, but they somehow pulled it off. Between the awful smell, the horrible service, and the sad excuse for a meal, this was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I’ve ever had. If this place put half as much effort into customer service and food quality as they did into bleaching the place within an inch of its life, maybe it would be decent. Unfortunately, it’s not. 0/10 — would never return, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
