  Ordered 6 subs to go, staff acted bothered when I walked in the door to pick up. Not really a friendly welcome or atmosphere. Order was technically correct however they skimped on everything and it looked very thrown together. Usually a BIG fan of Jimmy John’s, can’t say I will be ordering from this particular location again. UPDATE: I have worked with this location based on my prior review and they have been more than gracious in making sure I had a better experience. I have updated my review to reflect my rating to the five stars that they now deserve. I received a new order and there were zero complaints or issues. Chris helped me organize and everything ordered was fresh and delicious. The staff were welcoming and very kind. 100% turn around for a much better experience. Will be ordering some catering boxes in the near future.

  The nicest people ever!!! Extremely helpful when I didn’t know what to order, will definitely be coming back to this location again! Sandwich was awesome :)))

  Had an ordered delivered through ezcater. The team was responsive for a few questions we had regarding vegetarian options. They delivered on time and the students greatly enjoyed the food. :)
