  Be careful when ordering. In my experience you'll be charged for items you do not order. Today when I ordered, I clearly ordered "sandwich only". Employee asked again "combo?", which I stated a second time, "sandwich only". Then, he stated they were running a special and he'd give me a drink. I told him we had drinks at the office, he stated "make sure to grab some chips then". Looked at my ticket upon leaving and he simply charged me for chips. It's a very strange situation and quiet aggravating. I cannot comprehend how an employee or representative of this business potentially loses a customer over a $2 order add-on.

  Service was 10/10 I usually don’t rate chains unless the food is bad but the guy running the front was great and food was consistently jimmy John’s.

  Guy at the counter was almost deaf - I had to yell my order at him and they still got it wrong.
