The code awarded me 2 free bagels for completing your survey. When I checked my bag, there were only the 4 bagels that I ordered and paid for - NO 2 FREE BAGELS for which I earned. I am very disappointed.

We have reached the point where they see me walk in and start preparing my order before I even get to the register. The location is also very convenient as there aren’t any other bagel places nearby.

Brisket use to be my favorite bagel now they are serving old Brisket, as if they are putting water on it and warming it back up from the day before. The bagels are also old . They said they make the bagels daily . They also said they have changed to a different Brisket. I know re warmed food when I taste it . Trying to cut costs but doing it off the back of the hardworking customers who are patronizing their establishment. Please do better!
