- DLDonna Lopez6 days ago1.0So I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts because my son said they had a bucket of coffee, He lives in Austin. I’m not a huge fan of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, but I wanted to get that bucket for the experience. I had my grandson with me Who’s 14. We go through the drive-through and the lady told me that they don’t have the buckets of coffee that that’s not in the United States. I said well, my son got one in Austin, Genuinely curious why this location didn’t have it. I was just gonna order another coffee and be done with it until her reply was, (((then Maybe you should go to Austin))). I was actually offended, and it takes a lot to offend me. Like I was kind of speechless. I just drove off. I did not catch her name. I ended up not ordering anything. I am a server I’ve been with the same restaurant for 39 years. I’ve seen it all. The place was completely empty. There was nobody else in the restaurant or in the drive-through. I’ve been around a long time and I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such rude customer service/hospitality. If you were the owner of this establishment, I would button that up as quick as possible. There was no need for her to get snippy. I was not rude to her. I was in the drive-through a total of maybe 30 seconds. This review is taking me much longer to relieve than the short encounter I had there. I promise you, I will never go back to this location!
