I've been coming to this Chipotle for years, several times a month through the Chipotlelane. Today I ordered inside and staff was completely unprofessional.
I ordered a bowl with white rice, black beans, and sofritas. The employee preparing my bowl did not verbally confirm my requests and only added sofritas initially - no black beans. When I corrected her, she stopped mid-scoop to add the beans, leaving insufficient sofritas coverage on half the bowl. When I politely asked for a bit more, she did not respond.
At checkout, I was charged for double meat I never ordered and clearly didn't receive. When I questioned it, instead of checking with the person who made my bowl (who was right there), the cashier talked to the male employee at the beginning of the line in Spanish and claimed she "couldn't see anything" when she opened my bowl. The manager came over and didn't even investigate - just offered a remake.
I had already wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break. Now I either pay for something I didn't get, or throw away food and wait another 20 minutes? I felt like they were calling me a liar. No one would listen. So I paid just to leave.
To be dismissed and treated like I'm making things up is completely unprofessional.
This was not just poor customer service - it was dismissive, accusatory, and completely unprofessional. The manager and staff need immediate retraining in communication, customer service, and basic conflict resolution.

It was great but when joing the rewards or scanning the QR code at register it states free guacamole with joining but not true & bathroom was terrible very unclean
