Back in 2016, I visited Chipotle for the first time, and it completely lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and modern the space was, and despite being busy, the staff was working efficiently and keeping things moving.
The menu had great options, and I loved how everything was made fresh in front of you. I built my own burrito bowl with chicken, and every bite was packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted so fresh, and the guacamole was especially amazing--worth the extra charge for sure. I also appreciated the portion sizes; I got plenty of food for the price.
As a first-time visitor, the staff was really patient, helping me through the process of building my meal, and they made sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can see why Chipotle has so many loyal fans. Five stars for sure!

Terrible Service!
The staff member (short girl) preparing my bowl was extremely rude, in a rush (no other customer at that moment but still) and served portions that were ridiculously small. I asked for fajitas and was given literally one tiny slice. She showed zero care or effort, which makes me question why someone like this is placed on the front line to interact with customers. Honestly, this level of service is unacceptable. It’s no wonder so many reviews mention the same issue about the same person serving small portions with a rude facial expression and I don’t care attitude. If things don’t change, this location won’t last. I’ll be taking my business to another branch.
