- JQJeff QuachDec 11, 20251.0Absolutely abysmal customer service. I placed an online order and realized that I ordered the incorrect item. I called the store within a minute after placing the order to see if I could either pay the difference for the correct item or to cancel the order. I was given neither option and was only told that they could only make the existing order. In addition, there was no manager on duty to escalate the issue. I was told the store manager would not be in until 2 days later. How can you not cancel, refund, or even modify an order? Terrible.

This was a perfect family meal as a family of 4 as we don’t eat large portions. The wings were a little dry but they were a good size. Everything was hot when I picked up and the staff was nice and accommodating when I asked for a sauce on the side. Overall I haven’t experienced the negative things a lot of the recent customers have. I find it comparable to the quality of a traditional BWW. Would definitely order from again.
