There was also a lady at the self check out, who stood behind me, almost stepped on my heels to watch me ring up one item which was a 18 pack of tea I do understand that's part of your security protocol to watch each customer, but you're also could speak to him She watched me all the way up to the point until I needed help and then her eyes missed that part. While I'm standing there, trying to figure out what's going on with the machine, I hear her greeting other customers and telling them goodbye. Have a nice day. As I completed myself by myself, I purposely met eye contact with her as she clearly forcefully said "DAY YOU" . She couldn't even have the courage to say have a nice day. She knew she was wrong. She couldn't muster up the words or get them out right. Customer service goes a long way guys you've been around for centuries. It's because your predecessors made sure to make sure their customers felt good stand on that.
