  Had coffee and an apple fritter. The coffee was very good and the apple fritter was fresh and delicious. I would go again.

  I ordered an avocado toast get to work and the two little girls that were working this morning did not toast the bread. I am so upset.

  When the name of your restaurant it “Dunkin Donut”, YOU SHOULD HAVE DONUTS!!! The service in the drive thru was awful. (3/25 @ 6pm) The young lady who served us should not be allowed to interact with customers! Today’s visit will probably be the last for me! I don’t need overpriced donuts that have been sitting in the case all day. I promised my 4 year old granddaughter a donut after dinner and we settled for the last vanilla glazed in the case. Do better! Thanks Dunkin!

  I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts Richardson branch today and had a very disappointing experience. There is a staff member (a young female employee) who consistently displays rude and unprofessional behavior. This is not the first time I have experienced this from her. Every time I have visited, she has shown attitude without any reason, even though I have always been respectful. During my recent visit, she did not respond when I said “thank you,” and she handled the donuts carelessly, throwing them into the box instead of placing them properly. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in a customer service environment. I request management to please look into this matter and take appropriate action. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you.
