- SRSuhaib Ras2 days ago1.0Horrible. Chicken portions are so small even when you get double chicken. Had 3 ice cubes in my bowl not sure why. rice is like half cooked and crunchy.
- KSKatie Sanchez6 days ago2.0Had not gotten Chipotle in quite a while but we got a craving for it tonight. Now we realize why we’ve stayed away and will continue to do so. We ordered directly from the app. The food arrived within half an hour, but somehow everything was room temp, to an extent that I was starting to question food safety. In addition, we were excited to try the new chicken option, but we were struck by the tiny portion sizes. I would estimate I got about 2.5-3oz total of chicken in my bowl. Madness for what they charge these days. Will support local restaurants in the future instead.

Also the person who was making our order seem more annoyed that we even chose to eat here. With that we will never eat here again since it feels like our business is unwelcome.

I've never bothered to submit review but it seems this store is always very skimpy on the chicken portion they give. It's as if they want to give you half portions to entice you to order double chicken but don't give a fair amount on standard orders.
